Terms and Conditions — c99 Platform Rules

By accessing c99 — whether through the website at c99.bar or through any mobile application — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these terms and any updates that are made to them over time.

All transactions on c99 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). General bonus conditions that apply across all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device.

• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• c99 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly without meeting the applicable requirements.
• If c99 determines that a bonus has been claimed through fraudulent means or through abuse of promotional terms, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using strategies designed specifically to exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with other players to take advantage of promotions — will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

All bets placed on c99 are subject to the specific rules of the product being used — sports betting, casino games, live dealer and so on. These rules are available within each product section of the platform. It is your responsibility to understand the rules before placing a bet or participating in a game.

For sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, odds cannot be changed retroactively.
• c99 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a clear pricing error has occurred.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended at any time at c99's discretion.
• Maximum bet limits apply and may vary by sport, market and event. These are shown at the point of bet placement.
• Any bet placed on a suspended market will be voided and stakes returned.

For casino and slot games, all outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Game RTPs are published within each game. Results are independent of previous rounds and cannot be influenced by bet size, player history or any external factor. c99 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on c99 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using another person's payment method or identity to fund an account.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit software errors or bugs.

• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting or any form of sports corruption.

• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

c99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal on a deposit.
• At the account holder's own request, including self-exclusion requests.

If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach on your part — for example, if you choose to close the account voluntarily — any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any applicable checks are completed. Bonus balances and pending bonus winnings are not returned upon voluntary closure.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, c99 reserves the right to withhold some or all of your balance depending on the nature and severity of the breach. You will be notified of the reason for closure where legally permissible.
